    • Phase 1: Orthomarketplace
      Focuses on establishing the core foundation with Discovery, Design & Platform Setup, Inventory & Procurement, Sales & CRM, Logistics, and Website Development. This ensures Orthomarketplace is equipped with a scalable digital backbone for B2B and B2C operations.
    • Phase 2: Orthoacademy
      Concentrates on Academy-specific processes including Inventory & Procurement for training resources, CRM & course bookings, Events & Training management, and Website Development. This phase enables Orthoacademy to scale its educational offerings, deliver CPD-accredited courses, and strengthen student engagement.
    • Phase 3: Dentex
      Delivers functionality tailored to Dentex’s distribution and customer service model, including Inventory & Procurement, Sales & CRM, Marketing & Analytics, Returns & LMS, and Website Development. This ensures Dentex has an integrated platform for operations, customer engagement, and reseller enablement.
