Paul and John Rodiz is a one of the big multinational distributing and promoting organizations in Kuwait. Plennix  implemented a full ERP system to integrate the company processes. The implementation included: Accounting, Manufacturing, a fully integrated supply chain workflow from material requisition to purchase management, inventory and warehouse management. The team implemented also a CRM as well as a sales system. Automation was key in this implementation. The system improved the efficiency and increased the productivity rate of the company and its team.
