Cris Karuna is a project that combines awareness, calmness, and personal growth. It was created with the vision of accompanying people in their process of inner transformation and change management, offering them tools to help them reconnect with themselves, manage stress, and regain balance, clarity, and vitality.

The project has two complementary strands:

  • Transcendental Meditation Training: Through in-person courses and programs, a simple and natural technique is taught that allows the mind to calm down and access a deep state of rest and inner connection. This practice facilitates real transformation from within, helping people to live with more coherence, creativity, and well-being.

  • Transpersonal Therapy: In individual sessions and retreats, processes of self-knowledge, emotional release, and personal development are accompanied. The approach integrates therapeutic and meditative tools to guide each person to find their own internal resources, overcome blockages, and generate sustainable changes in their lives.

The challenge Cris Karuna faced was to clearly and efficiently manage all the administrative tasks involved in these activities:

  • Organizing registrations and tracking students

  • Billing and payment tracking

  • Coordinating reservations and logistics for courses and retreats

  • Managing the calendar and communicating with participants

How did they get here?

The process of implementing Odoo at Cris Karuna has been very positive and smooth thanks to the support of their partner Epoint. From the outset, they felt supported at all times, highlighting their professionalism, commitment to deadlines, and close and constant attention. The team understood the particularities of the business and adapted to requests and needs with great flexibility, always contributing their technical expertise and advice to optimize each module.
