This practice facilitates real transformation from within, helping people to live with more coherence, creativity, and well-being.
Transpersonal Therapy: In individual sessions and retreats, processes of self-knowledge, emotional release, and personal development are accompanied. The approach integrates therapeutic and meditative tools to guide each person to find their own internal resources, overcome blockages, and generate sustainable changes in their lives.
