Hi,

I want to change the from address on all messages when sent from the CRM Helpdesk. At the moment, if as a user with email address joebloggs@mycompany.com, when sending a message. The recipient will receive it from joebloggs@mycompany.com. For the Helpdesk Messages only, I want to set the from email address to be say helpdesk@mycompany.com.

I am not sure how this may be possible, as I understand messages in the Python code is for all Views, not just the Helpdesk.
