Because I never used it before, can anyone tell me how to create anything on it ?

I would like to solve the problem with Recurring events (time change is causing a serious problem, once you set event time if time is changed from winter time to summer it change the event time but it shouldn't).

So if I will book something in the future and meantime time will be changed /Winter/Summer in result I can have a lot of changes in event time.

So if anyone can tell me how to I'll be appreciated.

Somehow runboot appeared in mu account but it disappeared , why ??
