Does anyone know when version 19.3 will be available?

It was released last month.
It is not available for download or via Odoo.sh [2] , because intermediate releases (those not ending in .0) are only available in Odoo Online.
UPGRADING to Odoo 19.3 via Odoo Online is currently available in TEST MODE only, and only after we successfully run enough tests will we make it available for PRODUCTION upgrades.
