Hi,

Your report looks different in pre-production because the custom CSS or fonts are not being loaded by wkhtmltopdf on that server.

wkhtmltopdf only uses assets that come from Odoo asset bundles, so any local CSS or font file that works on localhost will be ignored on the remote server.

If your custom font is not installed or not available to the server, wkhtmltopdf automatically falls back to Odoo’s default PDF font.

Make sure your CSS and fonts are added to an assets bundle like web.report_assets_common, otherwise wkhtmltopdf cannot see them.

After deploying your module to pre-production, clear the asset cache so the server loads the updated assets.

If layout is still broken, check for missing inherited templates - a missing template in pre-production also causes the PDF to fall back to default styling.
