Temperley London is a fashion apparel brand for women offering casual, formal, bridal, outwear and accessories. The company sells their products through their online platform and own stores. They also act as a wholesale business working with retailers from all over the world. 

To automate their day-to-day business processes, the customer used a variety of software systems, plus a lot of operations had to be performed manually, which was not sustainable at all. They were looking for a solution to manage their apparel manufacturing, suppliers, and consumers all in one place, and a partner to implement it. They selected Itransition based on our portfolio of successfully completed ERP projects, a solid track record of working with the fashion industry and references from our customers. 

Itransition recommended Odoo Enterprise, for its out-of-the-box features cover most of the routine operations. We analyzed the customer’s business processes and helped them document and streamline them, and then we proceeded to solution development, implementation, and integration with Shopify and Adobe Commerce. We also helped the customer with data migration and cleansing. 

Currently, all the order management is handled by the customer in Odoo which ensures efficient order fulfillment. Plus the customer has a unified picture of their stock balance.

The delivered solution enables working with several logistic partners and supporting returns, from matching supplier invoices/orders to inventory management, stock allocations, manufacturing, handling returns, and point-of-sale functionality.
