The company collaborates with global technology leaders such as SAP, HubSpot, Sitecore, Qualtrics, and LinkedIn, and has delivered projects for organizations including Mercedes-Benz, Mondi, and Al Mouj. As New Metrics expanded its internal operations, its sales and marketing teams relied on fragmented tools and manual workflows, making it difficult to track leads, manage campaigns, analyze pipeline performance, and align marketing activities with sales opportunities. To support this expansion, Azkatech implemented Odoo CRM and Marketing Automation, centralizing lead management, campaign tracking, event registrations, social media integration, and performance dashboards. Following the success of Odoo in accounting and payroll, New Metrics is now expanding the platform to CRM and project management, and introducing it to its sister companies to continue with it, enabling stronger operational visibility and scalable growth across the GCC region.
