Ets Talia

ETS Talia is a general trading company based in Cameroon, operating across both local trade and imported goods, mainly from China. The company manages a large product catalog, multiple warehouses, and several points of sale, serving both wholesale and retail customers. With a high-volume trading activity and stock distributed across different locations, ETS Talia requires strong operational visibility and centralized control over its daily business flows.

Challenges:

As the business expanded, ETS Talia needed a more centralized and reliable system to manage stock visibility, product movements, internal transfers, purchasing, supplier receipts, sales invoicing, customer payments, and daily cash control. The company also required better visibility over inventory valuation, landed costs, flexible pricing, receivables, and management reporting across its warehouses and points of sale.

Solution:

ERP Cloud SARL is implementing Odoo as a centralized ERP platform for ETS Talia, focusing on core operational processes such as Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Invoicing, Accounting, Payments, Internal Transfers, Access Rights, Reporting, and Data Import. The implementation is designed around standard Odoo capabilities, with controlled refinements for operational reports, printouts, access rights, and stock-related visibility.

Through Odoo, ETS Talia will gain a structured operational backbone that improves stock accuracy, strengthens warehouse-to-shop transfers, supports purchasing and receipt control, centralizes invoicing and payments, and provides management with clearer visibility over daily operations. The project is being delivered through a phased approach covering analysis, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support, ensuring a safe transition and a scalable foundation for future growth.
