simplify product listings, improve sales coordination, and automate data flow between systems.

Inventory operations have also been enhanced. Chapp now automates lot number generation

for better traceability, ensuring each item is tracked through the refurbishing and sales process.

Additionally, a structured sales automation workflow has been built to improve order

management, eliminate manual steps, and accelerate processing times.
