Challenges 

The main challenge lay in understanding the billing methods and requirements of the accounting firm, in order to develop an appropriate solution considering an annual subscription billed quarterly through a retainer, as well as any additional hours in case of exceeding the quota.

Customizations et developments 

Agitech developed a custom billing and timesheet module. This allows Bluerock to invoice based on a quarterly forecast and according to different hourly rates per service.
