Aroma, based in Viana – Zango III Industrial Zone, Luanda (Angola), is a beverage manufacturing company specializing in fruit juices, soft drinks, and energy drinks. As the company expanded its production capacity and distribution network, it faced challenges managing multi-currency accounting with complex VAT requirements, forecasting inventory across multiple warehouses, and streamlining procurement, HR, and fleet operations. To address these challenges and optimize its end-to-end processes, Aroma partnered with Tecomsa, an Official Odoo Gold Partner, to implement a fully tailored Odoo ERP solution. The system covers Angolano Accounting (Multi-Currency, Split VAT & Reporting), Inventory (Reordering Rules, Forecasting, Multiple Warehouses & Reporting), Purchase, Manufacturing, Sales, HR & Payroll, and Fleet Management. This transformation centralized financial control, improved production planning, optimized supply chain and warehouse management, automated HR and payroll, and provided real-time operational visibility empowering Aroma to scale efficiently while ensuring compliance with Angola’s accounting and tax requirements.
