As an Account Executive at Odoo, you will use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

You’ll connect with companies, understand their challenges, and present innovative solutions to help digitize their operations. You’ll quickly develop a strong understanding of entrepreneurship, business processes, and consultative selling, allowing you to advise clients with confidence and create real business impact

Your job

If you’re a junior professional or a recent graduate, this role is a great opportunity to kick-start your career. Based on your experience, the position offers a salary range between € 34.000 and € 38.000.

Responsabilities

  • Own the entire Sales Cycle 
  • Take charge of the full sales process - from qualification to closing, without prospecting! 
  • Qualify client's business needs, offer tailored Odoo product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the buying journey until closing the deal.

  • Demonstrate Odoo product
  • Demonstrate the latest apps, features, and product updates to end-users, ensuring they experience firsthand the value and impact Odoo can bring to their business.

  • Foster Client Relationships
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, establishing trust and becoming a valued partner in their success. After managing the full sales cycle through deal closing, you will continue to support clients during the first 6 months of their post-sales journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate students or fresh graduates with a maximum of six months experience
  • Knowledge of Italian (C2) and English (C1)
  • Passion for sales and customer relationship building, with motivation to learn best practices and sales tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Commercial mindset and strong negotiation potential, with motivation to achieve targets while delivering a positive customer experience
