As an Account Executive at Odoo, you will use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

You’ll connect with companies, understand their challenges, and present innovative solutions to help digitize their operations. You’ll quickly develop a strong understanding of entrepreneurship, business processes, and consultative selling, allowing you to advise clients with confidence and create real business impact. 

Your job

Responsabilities

  • Own the entire Sales Cycle: 
    take charge of the full sales process — from qualification to closing, without prospecting! 
    Qualify client's business needs, offer tailored Odoo product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the buying journey until closing the deal.
  • Demonstrate Odoo product: 
    demonstrate the latest apps, features, and product updates to end-users, ensuring they experience firsthand the value and impact Odoo can bring to their business.
  • Foster Client Relationships
    Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, establishing trust and becoming a valued partner in their success. After managing the full sales cycle through deal closing, you will continue to support clients during the first 6 months of their post-sales journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and long-term customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales: 
    up to 5 years of experience
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
  • Passion for sales and customer relationship building, with motivation to learn best practices and sales tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Commercial mindset and strong negotiation potential, with motivation to achieve targets while delivering a positive customer experience
