* Project Settings: If you're using the Project app, you can configure specific project settings to determine who can approve timesheets related to that project.
* User Rights: Ensure that Hassan and Hassan's manager have the necessary user rights to approve timesheets. This might involve granting them specific roles or permissions within Odoo's user management settings.
3- Customization:
If the standard configuration doesn't meet your needs, you might need to customize Odoo to create a more specific approval workflow. This could involve custom development or using Odoo Studio (if you have Odoo Enterprise) to modify the timesheet approval process.

Only the designated approvers can validate it. In our system, approval is allowed only for:
The Timesheet Manager assigned to the employee
The employee’s Manager
The Project Manager of the related project
Or the user who created the timesheet
The visibility of the Validate button is controlled by the following method:
