Hi,
I'm trying to create workflows within Odoo's framework but I have a user that's requesting to add 2 products/unique SKUs into one BOM. Reasoning as we may have production orders that share a piece of material eg leather, and these are usually not pre-cut to size but are cut to accomodate as many patterns as possible.
How can I do this? I'm still exploring studio and programming with Odoo but I'd like to be able to present the concept at least.

Using by-products, you would be able to produce more than 1 product with the same raw material.
Functionality would need to enabled from settings

What challenges you're facing now? related to BOM or MOM?
I'm currently on trial. I see that when creating MO, I can select the product and BoM and it will generate the components into the order. User wants to add another product to the same MO which will then add on that second product's BoM components to the order. The confirmed MO will have BoM components for 2 unique products in the end.
