Hello, I have problem with two administrator account. Two account have same rights, but only one have full options like add new user or save settings. Second account dont have privilages. Why? openERP at the beginning creates SuperUser? There can not be two admins with the same rights? Please help me.

When I have checked the checkbox "Technical Features", and add new account I get the message like: "Acces denied,The operation can not be performed because of space limitations. Contact your administrator.
(Document Type: Users, Operation: create)" And I dont add user.
The issue about rights to create a user was a bug.
A fix has been released yesterday: https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-server/+bug/1021378
So you must update you OpenERP or apply the patch.
Have you check the checkbox Technical Features ?
