Right now, the shipping cost is being added into Sale Order but I would like to know is there any option with which I can edit the same shipping cost on Delivery order? At times, the shipping cost will vary when we put multiple products of different orders into one package and due to that, updating the shipping cost is really required for the delivery team. As of no we see there is no option to handle this within delivery order so could you confirm this at the earliest?

Need provision to update shipping cost in Delivery Order
you can update, add shipment cost directly in a confirmed sales order. This is the way to handle this. In case at the time of delivery, if the shipment costs varies, just goto related sales order, then click update shipment costs.
