We have activated traceability on our products, so when we receive products we need to scan the SNs and when we ship orders we need to assign SNs. The issue we encounter is that SNs are automatically assigned in the delivery process.
How can we stop Odoo from automatically assigning serial numbers to devices that are in the orders?
What we would need in the Delivery process is that we just scan the EAN and than the SN. At that moment, Odoo will check if that SNs is known in the database inventory.
