we created a Scrap order by mistake, how can i undo/ revert/delete it ?
If there is no way to undo the scrap order, what is the "cleanest" way to adjust inventory? the problem is that this is a product we manufacture with certain serial number, and i need to have this product with this serial number in stock

You only need to create an internal transfer from your scrap location to the source location ( inverse locations mentioned when you scapped , then in detailed operations, you add the serial number.
