I can´t find where you can register a "Purchase Receipt" payment. Specifically, I am looking for the equivalent to "Pay" for Purchase Invoices where you register payment in the accountability using the appropiate diary.

You can find 'Purchase Receipt' under Accounting>Suppliers>Purchase Receipts :)
And by doing that you register "Purchase Receipts" and generates the account movements related to the purchase. Now, how do you register the Payment and its associated movements? Remember that one thing is to purchase and another to pay.
