i try printing in the invoice and i already using document template Boxed in the general setting 
and this is the invoice look like

it doesn't look like in the preview of the template box

Hello Mark,

It might be changed from any other custom module. If you have installed any other custom modules then uninstall it and check again.

i run odoo locally with docker compose, how i install wkhtmltopdf version 0.12.5

Hello Mark,

It seems "wkhtmltopdf" library isn't installed and must be installed manually in version 0.12.5 for it to support headers and footers. See Odoo's wiki for more details on the various versions.

     It seems Bootstrap not loaded.

     Make sure if any custom qweb report created then call external layout, it will load bootstrap 

<t t-call="web.external_layout">

If default odoo module, using in that case check dependency library module and version installed. 
Based on odoo version and requirements.txt
