Hi,
I'm trying to manage products in stock.
I created a new product in "Stock" / "Products" but the option "Stock product" is not available for the option "Product Type".
I guess there's a setting in configuration to enable this option.

Odoo does not use the term "Stock Product"
Please post the version of Odoo you are asking about.
For Odoo 17.4, we have renamed stockable / storable products.
You now choose "Goods" with "Track Inventory" checked.
If you are using an earlier version of Odoo, you need the Inventory App installed to see Storable Products:

I've translated the term from several German videos I've seen.
It has been a drop down with 3 options.
Now it is a options dialog with 2 radio buttons "Goods" and "Service"
It also contains a checkbox "Track Inventory".
If I understand your answer correctly, everything is fine, then.
