I have just installed a bitnami stack and the scheduler is still set to the time of my installation. I have checked from the option 'administartion->schedule->scheduled action' and all jobs are active.

Try starting the OpenERP server with
--log-level=debugand edit the question to add any more details you can find. Also add what you have already tried. Right now it's unanswerable.Might find some clues heres http://help.openerp.com/question/21748/scheduler-not-working/
