Hi guys,
I noticed there is no "product" tab in Odoo 18 CRM module.
How we can add that? Is it possible with Odoo studio?
This would present the products (quantity, costs, sales price) per each booked opportunity in CRM.

Hi,
In Odoo 18, the CRM module no longer shows a “Products” tab by default on opportunities, but you can still add it. The easiest way without custom development is to use Odoo Studio: simply open an opportunity, switch to Studio, and create a new One2many field that links to products (you can reuse the order_line style from Sales Orders). This way, you’ll have a tab showing the products, their quantities, costs, and sales prices directly in the CRM opportunity form.

Hope it helps.
The way odoo works, it manages the products you want to offer in a quotation. At first it seems more work as you cannot directly say what the customer wants to purchase, but it has shown to be more efficient, as you will always be ready with a quotation that can be sent immediately to the customers.
As the quotations are smart buttons on the top of the CRM, it is the easiest way to achieve what you want.

It doesn't work to add the products to a Quotation?
Even if you don't send it to the Customer until you have a better idea of what they want?
From my perspective, product list in CRM will help me to find always full project details.
There are different industries, and I have more than 5-10 CRM opportunities for 1 customer, all with different products.
And I need to know which in every moment. It's easier to collaborate like that.
We have a step before quotation, and by the time we send quotation, the project is already won.
So, I hope you get my point. CRM products are important for the tracking and overview. Then a simple step "create quotation" could copy/paste the existing products from CRM to quotation, and it's done.
Therefore, my question again: Can we enable product list in CRM? with quantities, prices, costs and so on?
