Next Order Coupons Communication Settings

Question

When using the Next Order Coupons I have a pre-set requirement for the coupon code creation.
The roadblock i am experiencing is in the emailing of the coupon code to the customer.

If in the communication tab i have the email set to "at creation" the email is sent as soon as One of the requirements are met, however as is expected the coupon will not work as the customer has not reached the points needed to use it. "When Reached" means:
The reward rule determines when and how the customer is notified about the coupon.
Supposed to email when reward conditions are fully met.
The coupon is emailed only after the full reward condition is satisfied , ie, after the customer reaches the required threshold (eg, amount spent, loyalty points).
As shown in the image, the customer should have reached this limit to send the mail.
