Hello,
I am trying to setup kitchen printers on my POS Restaurant setup. I have installed the virtual IOT box compatible with windows and have connected it with my Odoo.sh V16 instance. I am able to assign the printers according to the POS product category, but when I try to print the kitchen order, I receive an unknown error message saying it failed to print the order changes.
Has anyone encountered this issue and if so, have you been able to find a solution?

maybe you don't have a trusted certificate because your contract don't have an "iot subscription"
you can manage it:
go in https to your iot homepage to accept manually the self certificate
https://iot-ip-adress
Or you can use ane ePos printer (without iot)
