Hi When connecting any of these printers to iotbox (20.1) they are listed as unknown and it is impossible to print to them and they do not appear in the IOTbox app on the server (a VPS instance). We tried generic drivers but they don't show up on the server anyway and they don't print from cups. We have posbox vs 17 and it recognizes them without problem. We bought iotbox to be able to connect the printer to the server with ssl certificate and avoid problems with https. Is it an IotBox problem? Our printers are not compatible? Is it some procedure that we have not tried? my apologies for my bad english
