Hi,
I have a case, many employee have the same salary structure, but different in allowance values.
These allowance is Housing allowance: fixed cost (not based on base salary) and different values between employee.
How can I solve this problem without creating many salaries structures?

Add new custom fields on employee contract and use in salary rules.

You mean when I create a contract with the field to put the value of housing allowance for every contract and this field is linked to the salary structure of the housing allowance and ready for calculation.

Yes you are right. We are doing the same in our company.
You an use "Other Inputs" which are in payslips/rules and you can use that input codes in calculation of related salary rules. For that you have to input amount in each payslips.
Or you can add new fields in contract and use that field in salary rules calculation.
