using odoo entrerprise v19
for backup objective and then later updating I fail to reimport a list of pos orders.
the embedded IA said to find an import button which does not exist by my odoo saas db?
how to make that import?

odoo saas user (with few developper rights!)
a series of actual pos orders (tickts) from a v19 database (test) need to be recreated on a new database (future production db)
the series of pos orders have been exported to xlsx file
2 options
recreate each order on the new db, one by one manually
or
reimport in the new db from the excel file
This second option is not possible even in developper mode (no menu)
Odoo explained one possibility using Json file for export/import from the pos session interface; not tried as it seems to be a one by one operation

Can you please elaborate more?
I checked the POS settings, and there isn't a native way to import sessions or orders. Since you're on the SaaS plan, third-party apps are not supported.. Hope this information helps you
