I sometimes have obsolete or damaged items in Inventory that I need to sell and I would like to adjust the cost of these items before I do so.
How can I do this?

Update: for Odoo 18, you need to select a Product, then choose Adjust Valuation from the Actions Menu.
Update: for Odoo 17, you need to group by Product, then expand the product to see the button.
Update: for Odoo 16, the Valuation Report is available in Developer Mode and you need to group by Product, then expand the product to see the button.
Available in Version 13, 14 and 15 for products with FIFO or AVERAGE costing and quantities on hand:
Prior to revaluation, each Widget is $10 and there are 25 in stock:

After revaluation, each Widget is $8:
@Ray Carnes (Ray), in your example shown above, you have revalued a product with 25 quantities, but what if I want to revalue only 10 of them? for example, a manufacturing company manufactured the above quantities into two MO in the first 15 and then 10, then after calculating the Actual cost we need to revalue the cost of the 10 products only, how can we do that?
