Hi,
By default there is no option. Either you can create a new module which do the above or you can get the third party modules available in the odoo store.

Hi,
As per my thorough research, I have come across a connector which acts a bridge between Odoo and Salesforce.
The connector is from eShopSync, which deals in with Salesforce integration with eCommerce.

As Niyas said no direct mechanism to do. But you can either purchase module or you can learn the web services and integrate to application. https://www.odoo.com/documentation/12.0/webservices/odoo.html
