Bonjour, 

Je teste depuis hier le module France - E-Invoicing (Approved Platform)

Je suis donc bien désormais enregistré.

Ma question porte sur l'envoie de factures à mes clients, la majorité de mes clients ont un identifiant en 0225:NUMERODESIREN

Dans la fiche client sur Odoo, je renseigne donc 
Adresse électronique FRCTC France et dans le champ le numéro de SIREN

Le partner est bien trouvé sur Peppol, mais j'ai l'erreur suivante : 
Partner cannot receive format

(Le client se trouve chez Qonto et sa facturation électronique est bien active)
Sur l'annuaire https://directory.peppol.eu/
On peut voir les formats suivants acceptés par le client

Hello,

Since the partner is successfully found on Peppol, it suggests that the SIREN identifier is likely configured correctly.

The "Partner cannot receive format" error is usually related to a mismatch between the invoice format being sent by Odoo and the formats that the recipient has declared as supported in the Peppol directory.

I would recommend checking:

  • The e-invoice format generated by Odoo for this transaction.
  • The configuration of the France - E-Invoicing (Approved Platform) module.
  • Whether the recipient's Peppol profile is properly synchronized and supports the exact format being transmitted by your approved platform.

Since the partner is detected on Peppol and e-invoicing is already active with Qonto, this appears to be more of a format mapping or exchange configuration issue rather than a customer identification issue.
