before is working but after update addons odoo get error i removed this module: All In One Sale Reports and when try to install give me this error
when trying to create/update a record of model ir.actions.report found record of different model ir.actions.act_window (23738)

The error shows that there is a windows action already created in the system with the same ID for the report ID, You can check the Odoo log file to get the Name of windows action which cause the error and then search for it in Odoo ->Settings -> Technical ->Windows Action and see if its created by the system or by other app so you can take a decision to delete it (This should applied in Test DB before applying it in Live)
