This is a known bug/behavior in Odoo when using multi-level BoMs with separate MO sequences. The "Source" (Origin) field on child MOs can show an incorrect reference when certain route configurations are used.

Root cause: When you manually trigger an MO (instead of using replenishment), Odoo may use a cached sequence number from a previous operation as the source, rather than the actual parent MO reference.

Fix/workaround:

1. Instead of manually creating the MO, use the "Replenish" button from the parent MO component. This correctly links the child MO origin to the parent.

2. If the origin shows wrong value but the parent-child link is correct (as you see in the log), you can manually edit the Source/Origin field on the child MO to correct it.

3. For the Workshop visibility issue: check that the child MO is in the same Production Location as the parent. The Workshop view filters by location.

4. Use the "Replenishment" route (Make To Order) instead of manually triggering MOs to ensure proper parent-child linking.
