Backing up my odoo instance

Hello,
I have been using *Odoo* for the past year, and my database is currently hosted on Odoo’s servers. I would like to create a complete backup of my entire database.
Could you please guide me on how I can download a full backup of my database?

Hello DRUGVIGIL,
I hope you are doing well
*Backup Your Odoo Database
- Odoo Online (SaaS):* Go to https://www.odoo.com/my/databases [1] → click the *gear icon* next to your database → *Download* → choose *ZIP* format → enter master password → done.
*- Self-hosted:* Go to https://your-domain/web/database/manager → *Backup* → select database → download as ZIP.
Always use *ZIP format* for a complete backup (database + filestore/attachments).
