Hi,
I would like to receive an email when a quotation (sales order) is created from a specific sales team.
Is possible to do create an automation rule to do that ? How ?

Go to Settings -> Technical -> Automated Action
Note : 1. My instance sales team renames as sales owner
2. Email template you can define if required

I have already created the automated rule but I don’t receive any email.
I can’t find the button to activate Like on your screenshot (I’m on Odoo version 17). Is it activated automatically after saving ?
Please check the email status
Settings -> Technical -> Email
It might have failed due to wrong mail server configuration.
