Maybe someone has faced an issue of attaching file from website and placing it in backend? 

Functionality is that the customer posts a message in website interface and the message appears in backend (Helpdesk module). We can not figure out the way how to provide a possibility to attach files so that we could see the files in the backend.

Difficulty is how to take the file from the computer and how to place the attachment in the backend.
