Hello Community,

I'm in the process of migrating to Odoo Helpdesk and have successfully transferred general information using spreadsheets. However, I'm currently facing the challenge of importing around 300 images into 200 tickets, with the image/ticket relationship already defined.

Does anyone know of an efficient way to perform this bulk import? I'm open to solutions such as Python scripts or the option to provide a spreadsheet with links to the images.
