How I Can fixes the Arabic language in OpenERP 7 reports ? Arabic Langue display like(Ù Ø Ø´ ٠ا ٠ا ٠٠ع) and it should display like (عÙاÙÙ٠اÙØ´ØÙ )

Thank you but it doesn't work for me.
The openerp-server wouldn't start and there is nothing in the logs.
INFO : After i have recovered the original textobject.py file the server started normally.
