I need to learn a little more of odoo multicompany option. Mainly I would like to know if there is the possibility of managing reports of all kinds (sales, purchases, profitability, accounting, etc.) of all companies from a main company. I mean, that a main company allows to supervise the others.

Yes, you can,
What you need to do is, you need you give access right to the as multi company and set allowed companies and then that user can see all mentioned company'es sales, purchase, invoicing orders and also you can print reports.
