Wakilni’s value lies in offering flexible, technology-driven services that support SMEs in scaling their operations. As the company expanded, it faced challenges due to relying on manual processes for HR, payroll, fleet, and asset management through Excel sheets, leading to inefficiencies and limited visibility. To address this, Azkatech proposed implementing an Odoo-based ERP system to centralize and automate operations. The solution covered HR and payroll management, fleet and asset tracking, and integration with Wakilni’s delivery portal, enabling a more efficient, accurate, and scalable system that supports Wakilni’s continuous growth.
