Sunhouse Talot Oy:llä väsyttiin alituiseen paperien kierrättämiseen: laskutusta, tarjouksia, sopimuksia ja projektinhallintaa pyöritettiin erilaisilla word-pohjilla ja excel-lomakkeilla. He etsivät paperinpyöritysrumban korvaajaksi yhtä järjestelmää.

SprintIT:n toimittamalla Odoolla hoituu nyt tarjoukset, sopimuspohjat sekä laskutus, johon talopakettitoimittajalla liittyy omia erityispiirteitä.

Talonrakennusprojektit suunnitellaan ja valvotaan Odoon projektityökalussa, johon räätälöimme mm. graafisen GANTT-kaavion helpottamaan kokonaisuuden hahmottamista.

Sunhouse Talot Oy wanted to get rid of the paper circus they had: invoicing, offers, deals and project management was all run in different kinds of word documents and excel forms. They wanted to replace all the paperwork with one system. With Odoo implemented by SprintIt Sunhouse Talot can now handle all offers, contract schemas and invoicing in one place. House building projects are planned and monitored in the Odoo project management tool with added customised tools for example graphical GANTT charts to ease managing all the pieces in big projects.
