QUINCAILLERIE BETA is a multi branch hardware company in Rwanda that provides diversified electrical products, Plumbing, and Construction materials to customers in Rwanda and the East African Community at large.

● Our Contribution:

We successfully transitioned QUINCAILLERIE BETA from manual operations to a fully automated system, with a focus on optimizing stock management. By implementing Odoo and integrating five essential modules :CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting we enabled them to efficiently manage a stock of over 1,500 products. This streamlined their business processes and significantly improved overall operational efficiency. Additionally, the system has helped the company organize the team by assigning individual tasks and responsibilities, thereby facilitating the segregation of duties.
