The name NEO VENTURES LIMITED (Concern of RahimAfrooz) operates in three broad domains: automotive aftermarket, power and energy, and retail chain. is one of the oldest in South Asia. It's the kind of name that doesn't require an adverb of any kind before or after it in the context of making motor car batteries. Indeed, it has no equal in its native market, and its reputation outside is well-deserved.

In spite of having a nationwide business, Neo Ventures Limited was struggling to operate their business as it was running through manual process. Pen, paper and human interventions made it difficult to run their business smoothly. They have decided to adopt Odoo as an ERP solution to automate their Sales, Purchase, Inventory & Accounting process. The import purchase process defining, Tax calculation and automate inventory valuation was not an easy process to automate. When it comes to automate the entire Mushok reports as per Bangladesh government rules, the task became much more difficult. Around Ten Mushok reports were needed to automate by using the data coming from Sales, Purchase, Inventory and accounting modules. It was only possible because of the user-friendly interface and easy to customization possibility of Odoo.

The sales process was another milestone to achieve. Before implementing Odoo ERP all the territory sales officers of Neo Ventures Ltd. were using a mobile app where they were generating quotations for the company. So we had to take care the API integration process of the mobile application and Odoo as well. Now sales teams are using their mobile application with real time stock availability from Odoo. As a result, salespersons are generating the quotation by viewing product sales price, discount amount, Tax amount and stock availability. After generating the quotation a Odoo internal user is easily carry forwarding the sales process.

Neo Ventures Ltd. is currently successfully working with Odoo ERP on a daily basis. When submitting the Mushok reports to the Bangladeshi government, these automations not only assist them in minimizing all manual intervention but also aid to minimize human error, difficulty, and management failure.
