iShine Trade, part of Boltify Limited, is a UK-based distributor specializing in mobile phone accessories, replacement parts, and computer peripherals. With a global footprint—including offices in the UK, USA, and Far East—they serve wholesalers, retailers, and service providers with cutting-edge electronic products. As the business expanded and the product catalog diversified, iShine Trade faced increasing challenges in managing supplier networks, procurement cycles, and inventory across regions. To address these needs, we implemented a fully integrated Odoo ERP solution. 

The Accounting module automated VAT handling and financial consolidation, while the Sales module streamlined the quotation-to-invoice cycle with built-in customer tracking. The Purchase module facilitated vendor management and pricing control, and the Inventory module provided real-time stock visibility at the SKU level across multiple locations. With these improvements, iShine Trade has significantly enhanced stock accuracy, accelerated sales processing, and achieved full operational visibility—ensuring scalable, efficient growth in a highly competitive market.
