● Our contribution
The company previously utilized Odoo online for its operations but sought to enhance synchronization of its invoicing process to comply with the legal requirements of the Rwanda Revenue Authority. AD Finance migrated the client database from Odoo Online to Odoo.sh cloud platform. We uploaded Odoo-IntuitFlow so the client could generate legal invoices. Additionally, we provided support for sending posted invoices from Odoo to the Rwanda Revenue Authority server. They began using Odoo-IntuitFlow at the beginning of December 2023 and were the first client to use Odoo-IntuitFlow. 12 DEGREES equally enrolled for our special support service programme that enables us to follow the client even after implementation. ● Our contribution:
Select Boutiques initially faced challenges with their previous Odoo implementation, which was ineffective in addressing their needs, particularly for stock management, bar and restaurant operations, and cash management. Upon collaborating with AD FINANCE, we successfully provided comprehensive retraining on the implemented Odoo modules, focusing on addressing their key issues. We transitioned their system from Odoo Online to Odoo SH V17, implemented the Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and POS modules, and provided in-depth training to ensure the system was fully operational. This retraining and upgrade allowed Select Boutiques to better manage their operations, especially in stock management and cash flow, and set the foundation for continued growth and efficiency.
