La société INDUNA prend en charge toutes les étapes de la vie d'une entreprise, de la formulation de l'objet social à l'exécution de toutes les obligations légales liées à l'administration de la société en passant par la constitution de la société, la prise de contact avec les autorités locales et les banques.
Le challenge était de transférer la comptabilité de Demasy à Odoo et d'instaurer une gestion de projets pour chaque client ainsi qu'une gestion du personnel.
Mise en place du système ERP Odoo en intégrant la vente de projet à la comptabilité. Nous avons également utilisé l’application Congés et Timesheet pour permettre aux employés d’encoder eux-mêmes leurs prestations et congés.
Nous avons permis à Induna de se digitaliser pour le suivi des projets via un outil de Timesheet. Nous leur avons également permis un gain de temps grâce aux automatisations et à la simplicité d’utilisation de l’application Comptabilité de Odoo. Cela leur a permis d’éviter un double encodage.
