وقف الرفيف العلمي للدكتورة عائشة محمد المانع"" هو وقف تعليمي خيري خاص. له شخصية اعتبارية واستقلال مالي وإداري مقره في مدينة الخبر. بدأت فكرة انشاء الوقف في عام 2007 وبعد سنوات من العمل والمتابعة ومراجعة الوزارات في البحث عن الجهة التي تستوعب مفهوم هذا الوقف التعليمي الخيري وتضمن له الاستمرارية والديمومة. تم تسجيله مؤخرا في عام 2019 بمحكمة الأحوال الشخصية بالرياض ومن ثم سجل لدى الهيئة العامة للأوقاف وكذلك بالغرفة التجارية للمنطقة الشرقية وبكافة الدوائر صاحبة العلاقة كمكتب العمل وغيرة. ويشرف عليه مباشرة ويديره مجلس النظار الذي يضم ممثلين عن مؤسسات التعليم العالي والمؤسسات الاقتصادية والبنوك، وقطاع رجال الأعمال من الداعمين لفكرة وأهداف هذا الوقف وأنشطته التي ترمي لدعم تعليم الفتيات السعوديات. ويعتبر مؤسس الوقف هو الرئيس لمجلس النظار بحكم النظام في معرض إدارة الوقف. يعمل هذا الوقف تحت مظلة الهيئة العامة للأوقاف بالمملكة. ووفقا للنظام التأسيسي مع صك الوقف المسجل رسميا بالدوائر القضائية.
